Vertical Villas redefines multi-family living by combining the privacy of a villa with the efficiency of a residential building.

The project features vertically stacked duplex homes, each organized around a private courtyard that introduces natural light, ventilation, and enhanced privacy—creating a living experience closer to an independent house within a compact urban footprint.

Each unit is connected through its own internal staircase to ensure autonomy, while shared vertical circulation cores, including elevators and main stairs, provide seamless accessibility. Four units per floor achieve a balanced relationship between privacy and community.
