Rafadah Villa

Architectural Vision

The project aims to deliver a refined contemporary residence where luxury is expressed through space, proportion, and light rather than excess.

By layering privacy, connecting interior and exterior realms, and grounding the design in local architectural principles, the villa offers a calm and dignified living environment—rooted in culture, shaped by place.

Open Privacy

This private villa in North Riyadh explores a contemporary reading of Arabian privacy through spatial clarity and architectural restraint.

The courtyard forms the project’s core, acting as an internal landscape that organizes the house, enhances daylight and ventilation, and establishes a protected inner realm. Rather than an inward-only approach, the villa selectively opens toward the rear central garden of the compound, framing controlled views while preserving privacy through depth, orientation, and massing.

The building form is generated from the site’s primary lines, allowing the architecture to align naturally with its context and planning constraints. The result is a balanced composition that mediates between enclosure and openness, tradition and modernity.
